Rules & Seasonal Admission Agreement

View or download the current Seasonal Admission Agreement, the binding contract for seasonal campers, along with a quick summary of the campground rules. This page's address stays the same every season, so it's safe to bookmark.

Rules at a glance

A plain-English summary of some key rules. It doesn't replace the Agreement: if anything here differs, the full Seasonal Admission Agreement governs.

Quiet hoursQuiet hours are 11pm to 8am, and they're strictly enforced. That includes TV and radio volume and loud talking.
Made for weekend getawaysStays are limited to two continuous weeks at a time. The campground can't be used as a residence or mailing address.
Signing in guestsSign guests in before they arrive, and give each guest vehicle a car pass for the rear-view mirror. Day guests must leave before 11:59pm, or they're treated as overnight guests. Overnight guests sleep in your own camping unit.
Guest feesEvery site and cabin has free guest privileges: on non-holiday weekends, two guests or one family (two adults and their minor children) are free. Additional guests are $2 per person per day. On holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day), all guests are $5 per person per day.
PetsKeep pets leashed and clean up after them. Up to two dogs per site, with proof of dog liability insurance on file at the office.
Golf cartsGolf carts need a licensed driver and proof of insurance on file at the office. Keep to 5 mph, don't operate carts between 11pm and 8am, and never drive through other campers' sites.
ParkingOne car per site, for sites and cabins alike. Other parking areas are available for extra cars.
FireworksNo fireworks anywhere in the campground.
ChildrenNo one under 18 may be left unsupervised, including at their camper or cabin, and children under 13 must be with an adult at all times. Children under 9 need an adult in the bathhouses. Children's curfew is 11pm.
Water safetyNo wading or swimming from the shoreline, docks, or ramps.
