116 campsites with water and electric, 56 of them full hook-up. Sites renew every year starting May 1.

22 seasonal cabins, a great home base for weekends on the river. They renew every year, just like the sites.

Indoor and outdoor boat storage, boat ramps, docks, and the only gas on Lake Aldred, all right on site.

Hiking, kayaking, and climbing are close by, including the Mason-Dixon Trail and the Holtwood Whitewater Park.
